30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing the request, we will work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days depending on your financial institution

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible unused items within the 30-day return period, subject to product availability.

Non-Eligible Returns

We may not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Cost: Customer responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if the order has not already been processed or shipped.
